Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right. We are committed to your satisfaction.

No-Shows

Appointments where our team arrives and cannot access the property may be treated as a late cancellation.
